HR Manager

LHH is seeking an HR Manager for their client in New Johnsonville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Compensation includes base salary of $90K-$120K + bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401K + match, company paid holidays, and vacation time are available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

• Provide guidance and mentorship to your HR Specialist reporting into you directly

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

• Coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions

• Maintain and processes unemployment notices and potential charges. Attend unemployment hearings when necessary

• Employee relations to include monitoring employee performance, take part in corrective action and performance reviews, as well as employee recognition

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• MUST have experience working within a manufacturing environment
