Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our virtual school-based team in Georgia. As a Virtual SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to students in an online learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using effective and engaging techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Georgia state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus.
- Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology for remote sessions.
