Are you a caring and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking to contribute to the recovery journey of individuals battling substance abuse? We are currently hiring a Per Diem LPN to join our compassionate team at a reputable substance abuse rehabilitation center in Granite Falls, MN.

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Assist in conducting health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as prescribed.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Educate patients and their families on health-related topics, medication management, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Flexibility to work per diem shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on the needs of the facility.

BLS certification required.
