OTR Job description:
* Drive and operate trucks. Follow instructions; locate and read location and road GPS/maps Pre-inspect truck. Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed. Load and unload cargo.
* Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
* Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum age - 23 ( No criminal history in past 10 yrs ) Tractors- must 1 yr over the road verifiable experience - Straight trucks - must have 6 mos commercial driving exp, running e-logs.
\*CDL license, SS card, current medical examiner's certificate, all applicants must pass drug screen.
\*Drivers must Not have more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 yrs, no more than 2 in 12mos.
\*Speeding violations over 20 mph or more over the speed limit in the last 3 yrs are disqualification.
\* Must report all accidents asap, accidents reports must be completed.
\*Any convictions of driving while under the influence, testing positive or refusing to test in the past 10 yrs is a disqualification
