Position: Central Supply Clerk

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $20/hr

Experience: 1 year of experience with ordering and managing inventories

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Central Supply Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Order and purchase supplies from approved vendors and follows up on any outstanding orders
• Track order history and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of items, equipment, etc.
• Review billing statements to ensure proper pricing and charges
• Assist with maintain inventory
• Maintain chargeable equipment system and data base
• Run required reports for billing and inventory records and conduct weekly audits
• Create and manages the up keeping of all supply related forms
• Assist in answering phones, greet visitors and assist with residents
• Assist with resident laundry services when needed
• Attend any mandatory training and In-Services

Position Requirements:

• Must be licensed driver with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with others
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office products
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
