Back Office Medical Assistant

We are currently in search of an experienced and meticulously detail-oriented Medical Assistant to enhance the Back Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in patient rooming, possess a high level of expertise in accurately recording vitals, and exhibit a capacity to seamlessly support the physicians throughout patient examinations and during physical therapy sessions.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hr. DOE
Shift: Approximately 3-4 days a week(M, W, Th, F) approx. 6-8 hrs. per shift(s) 
Location: Mission Viejo, CA 

Medical Assistant Requirements:
 

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a Back Office setting
• Previous experience in an Orthopedic environment is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using NextGen EMR or similar electronic medical records systems
• Certified as a Medical Assistant with appropriate credentials
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
