Hiring: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Description:

Customer Service Reps are taking 200 calls a day from incoming patients of Dr.'s for their clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics. The CSR is responsible for determining who is the on-call contact at the clinic, pull up the contact info in the database and triage the call to the appropriate contact.

3. Flexibility in schedule (10 hours of availability to be scheduled an 8-hour shift)

6. Near perfect Attendance needed (reliability!)

Schedule:

Since this is a 24/7 call center, there are no set shifts. Instead, there is a window that allows us some flexibility when scheduling. Schedules are made typically 3-4 weeks in advance, so you always know what days you are working. All shifts require working every Saturday OR Sunday. This is a requirement.

2nd shift – Tuesday-Saturday, 8-hours between 2pm-11pm

2nd shift – Sunday-Thursday, 8-hours between 2pm-11pm

Training

Typically training is held 10:30a -7pm

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY DURING TRAINING 2-3 WEEKS

IF YOU MISS TRAINING YOU WILL BE DISMISSED FROM THE CLASS

No Free Parking- Public Transportation is highly encouraged!
