Minimum 2 years PT experience required. This position is for a skilled nursing facility. BLS (AHA) and active Arizona PT license or compact required. Pay package includes tax-free housing and meal stipends. Local pay package will differ and be adjusted accordingly. Pay is weekly. Benefits available through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
