About the care needs: 1. physically reasonably strong to help in moving me from bed to a chair, etc., partly support my weight as I try to move like that

3. pleasant personality, willing and motivatd to be helpful
4. we are very pleasant and trusting peope, so would expect the caregiver to be like that as well.
