About the Client:

We are working with a local powersports, marine, and trailer dealership and shop in Shasta County.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking candidates with a background in powersports and boats for the position of Service Writer.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

-Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Listen attentively to customer concerns and diagnose service needs
-Create detailed repair orders and accurately estimate service costs
-Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated on repairs
-Process payments and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

-Experience in customer service or a related field (powersports experience a plus!)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
-Proficient in computer software (POS systems, service management software)
-Valid driver's license
-A genuine passion for powersports

Shift:

This client is open Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm and Sat 9 am to 4 :30 pm...shift may vary

Compensation:

$18.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
