Manufacturing Assistant

Location: Okemah, OK

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour - Weekly Pay

Shift: First Shift, Monday - Friday

Description: We are currently seeking General Production Associates for immediate hire at our facility in Okemah, OK. As a General Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations, operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
2. Perform physical loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.
3. Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
5. Assist with loading and unloading raw goods and finished products.
6. Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance tasks in the work area.
7. Adhere to all workplace rules and procedures.
8. Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Recent experience working in a manufacturing environment 
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
