Material Handler - Full-time / Part-time

Our client in Covington Ga, is seeking a material handler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good work attendance, ability to work well with others,   and ability to follow oral and written instructions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler / Operating a Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift

Location: Covington  Ga. 

Pay Range: 16.50

What’s the Job? Loading and Unloading inbound and outbound trucks

• Loading outbound trucks
• Unloading inbound trucks 
• Staging and palletizing products 
• Ensures all assigned duties are done in a timely manner in accordance to department standards
• Physically stacking / transport product from larger sterilization pallet to regular pallet before moving by forklift to dock.

What’s Needed?  Experienced in the safe operation of material handling equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Steel Boots 
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Problem solving skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Abilities
