Your responsibilities will include aiding in client communications, evaluating policies, and showcasing products. Moreover, you'll enhance your sales and communication expertise and forge significant connections with clients.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy features.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the agency.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance quoting software.
• Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
