Job Summary:

Frank Kent Cadillac, a premier automotive dealership in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Greeter. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our dealership. As a Customer Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a lasting first impression and setting the tone for their overall experience at Frank Kent Cadillac.

Compensation & Benefits:

We are dedicated to providing our employees with competitive compensation and benefits packages. This full-time position offers a salary of $15 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter our dealership, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Provide excellent customer service, by answering questions, assisting with directions, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests
- Manage guest flow, directing customers to the appropriate department or personnel
- Act as a liaison between customers and dealership staff, ensuring efficient and effective communication
- Keep track of customer wait times and update waiting customers on the status of their service
- Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure a safe and secure work environment

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, outgoing, and eager to assist guests
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
