Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive Lean execution on the production floor.​
  • Identify and reduce waste through project and process execution.​
  • Schedule production in accordance with operational needs.​
  • Build and develop a high-performance team.​
  • Subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes​
  • Track and monitor KPIs​
  • Coordinate closely with General Manager facility vision and execution.​
  • Manage the total operational value chain.​

Preferred Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing management
