Inventory Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing raw material management and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position pays between $60,000 - $75,000

• Manage resin inventory, including receipt, storage, usage planning, and vendor procurement.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounting to investigate and resolve large variances.
• Lead department team members, facilitating cross-training and ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of two years of materials or inventory leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical abilities and the ability to work with mathematical concepts and statistical analysis.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform various tasks in a production environment.
