New restaurant opening this summer in Nutley, NJ!
Our mission is to lead with a high level of hospitality for our guests and our team, everyday.
The main dining room will be able to seat 110 guests, and our second floor event space will host events ranging in size from 20-200.
We are seeking like minded candidates who are passionate about high levels of hospitality and cuisine, know how to lead large teams to successful outcomes, and can make every service enjoyable for our guests and team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurants, managing staff, implementing and improving operational processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, and financial performance.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in restaurant operations at management level
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and make timely decisions
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is a must
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary $70,000 - $75,000
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
