Our brand-new Ingos in North Scottsdale is looking for someone to help us take our coffee program to the next level!

Hiring a Coffee Lead with a terrific attitude, experience working in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric environment! Were looking for those with an unrivaled passion for coffee, its not just an interest to you, but your calling!

This position should have extensive coffee making experience, be comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations. You need to have a pulse on the coffee community and be comfortable sharing feedback and ideas.

Ingos Tasty Food is located in North Scottsdale, right next to our sister concept, Buck & Rider as well as major shopping, WMO, Mayo Clinic and Barrett Jackson. Our third, and largest, Ingos location ITF will be offering guests all day menus including: coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch, and dinner favorites.

Day in the Life:

Skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency

Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards

Knowledge of recipe adherence with a wide range of beverage offerings

Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks

Demonstrate team service throughout shift in high volume, fast-paced environment

Ability to read tickets and execute any modifications requested

Understand how to create a great customer service experience

Accept direction from Management and open to learning new things

Ability to spend long hours standing and walking

Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
