Job Title: Staff RN - Registered Nurse
Location: Townshend VT 05353
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Working Hours: 32/week
Shift Timing: Nights (7:00Pm - 7:00Am)
Responsibilities of Staff RN:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications.
- Conduct patient assessments to determine health status.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team and maintain accurate records.
Experience Required:
- 3 years Registered Nurse experience.
- RN License
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Covid card
- Driving License.
