Requirements: .

• Must possess active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• 1 year min. of State Farm experience Required
• Dedication to Customer Service
• Ability to Effectively Relate to Customers
• Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
• Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in Marketing
• Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

Responsibilities: Each position covers a wide array of roles and responsibilities intended to develop your skillset and ensure your success at our agency. Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like.

Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM locations in both Hendersonville and Gallatin, TN

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Wage

When shes not talking about insurance, Jeannie enjoys traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with her grands; Emmy and Lilly.
