Pay Rate: $3,000-$3,200 gross per week

Start Date: Ideal candidate can start as early as 05/13/2024. Will take candidates who can start before or after this date.

Assignment Length: 3-6 Months

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hours a Week

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Acute Hospital Inpatient/Outpatient Setting
• Completion of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program

Licensure Requirement

• Any Active, Unrestricted Physical Therapy License from Any US State or Territory Accepted

About The Facility

The Clinic is located within the boundaries of New Lands and the Nahata Dzill Commission Governance, a local governing body of the Navajo Nation, 48 miles west of Gallup, New Mexico.

Navajo families whose land had been partitioned to the Hopi Tribe began voluntarily to relocate into the New Lands in 1987. The Relocation Act funding was issued by the federal government to improve the needs of the relocatees in the Nahata Dziil communities, which included a medical facility. The clinic provision provides services to surrounding host communities, such as Klagetoh, Wide Ruins, Chambers, Houck, Oak Springs , Lupton and Nahata Dziil.

The Clinic was opened in 1988 under the Indian Health Services. The clinic now provides ambulatory care to patients living within the surrounding areas. In November 2013, the master plan for capital improvement for the clinic kicked off and in the following year on December 2014 the clinic project was completed. The new clinic currently serves approximately 24,000 patients and has expanded its services. The clinic offers Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Womens Health, Optometry, Dental, Podiatry, and Mental Health specialties. We also offer Social Services, Rehabilitation, Traditional Services, Public Health Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, and Administrative services.
