Envision, Inc. is a locally owned company that has been serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities for over 15 years in the Tri-Cities. Part of our focus in providing care is keeping the caregiver/client ratio very low. These residences house a maximum of 3 individuals and have multiple staff present during waking hours to assist and ensure the individuals live full, enriching lives. Rate of Pay:

Licensed Practical Nurses start at $25.00 per hour. Shift differential weekend 26.00hr

Working as an LPN for Envision you would be working in a home setting with 2 lovely ladies with disabilities. You will work under a home manger and the Agency RN, who are available at all times to assist when needed. The nurses in this home have been employed with Envision for many years. Envision provides an agency vehicle for each of our medical homes. Day time shifts you will have a DSP to assist with light housekeeping and non-medical paperwork when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of medication and enteral nutrition.
• Ensure optimum health and safety are maintained at all times.
• Actively participate in daily caregiving tasks.
• Completion of daily charts and reporting.
• Assist with in-home medical record maintenance.
• Attend medical appointments, assist with in-home therapy/medical appointments.

• One year of LPN experience is preferred.
• Home health/residential care experience preferred.
