Job Description
Minutemen Staffing is hiring a machine operator for a company is Spencerville, OH that produces foam products.
1st shift available and must be flexible with the shift schedule.
Assemble, pack, load fabricated parts and/or unload other materials by performing the following duties.
Read and understand work orders to accurately apply adhesive, assemble and pack fabricated parts according to customer specifications.
Understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions to accurately follow customer specific labeling instructions.
Understand and follow written and/or verbal direction from the group leads.
Maintain daily 5s and Value of Order in general area of responsibility.
Verify conformance to specifications using a tape measure.
