Our 20+ year Allstate Insurance agency is looking to hire an Insurance Sales Representative. As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policy, with appropriate coverage, at the best possible price.


This position offers a base pay + commissions + bonuses. Agents will earn around $55-$85,000 per year. However, our top Agents can earn much more.


You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.


Our number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.

Responsibilities

- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.


- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.


- Generating insurance quotes.

- Be outstanding at relationship building.


Requirements

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.


- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.


- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.


- Professional phone etiquette.


- Problem-Solving Capabilities.


- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.


- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred


-Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.


-Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.


-Must be good with technology.
