VP Sales / Director of Sales / Head of Sales wanted by an innovative and AI focussed marketing tech company.


Based out of their Arizona office, the VP Sales / Director of Sales / Head of Sales will be at heart of developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share and achieve sales targets.


The ideal VP Sales / Director of Sales / Head of Sales will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the marketing technology sector or similar e.g. AdTech. We are looking for experience Sales professionals who have experience and understand how to sell to Marketing and/or Advertising professional leaders.



The VP Sales / Director of Sales / Head of Sales will:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the marketing technology sector.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive trends to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.


What we want to see in the VP Sales / Director of Sales / Head of Sales:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising technology, data analytics, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
