Envision, Inc. is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Home Manager to provide care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their home. LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Duties

• Administering all medications and tube feedings
• Monitoring health status and reporting changes
• Providing all aspects of in home care
• Completing daily charting and maintaining records

Home Manager Job Duties

• Supervising LPNs and Direct Support Professionals working in the home.
• Submitting monthly medical documentation and financial records.
• Creating schedules and finding coverage for open shifts.
• Be on call for the home (covering for staff that call in, for emergency purposes, etc.)

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Requirements

• One year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience preferred
• Home health/residential care experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have car insurance and reliable transportation

All offers are contingent upon passing of pre-hire background check and drug screen. Must possess a valid drivers license and current Tennessee LPN license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 per year
