Customer Service: Provide ongoing support, address client inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to offer competitive insurance solutions.

Licensing: Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license required or must be obtained within 30 days.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Customer Service Orientation: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
