Responsibilities:

- Oversee the engineering department and manage a team of engineers and technicians

- Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans

- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all engineering projects align with the company's goals and objectives

- Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Manage and maintain engineering equipment and facilities

- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar leadership role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

- Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools
