Aerospace Mfg Project Manager

We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Manufacturing Project Manager to play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations. As the customer's champion within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Building strong relationships with customers and serving as their primary point of contact for project updates and support.
  
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and ensure successful contract execution.
  
• Analyzing project requirements and making strategic "make vs. buy" decisions that optimize cost, schedule, and technical feasibility.
  
• Proactively managing supplier relationships by soliciting quotes and managing off-loaded operations.
  
• Partnering with business development and estimating teams to create winning proposals.
  

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management or planning within a manufacturing environment.
  
• A solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and workflows, with a focus on machining and fabrication (aerospace experience a plus).
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project), ERP/MRP systems, and Excel.
  
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  
• The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage challenging situations with a positive attitude.
