Role Purpose

The Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing shifts that fall within the Front of the House areas. They will work closely with their fellow Team Leaders as a team to make decisions, accomplish area goals and develop team members into strong leaders. They will be held accountable for production, efficiency, and cleanliness of the front and quality of service and products served. Their goal is to run efficient shifts and lead their Team Members to excellence in hospitality, speed of service, and order accuracy.

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Help Lead the Front of House Team

• Develop Team Members into Team Leaders

• Monitor speed of service and quality of service

• Implement or continue use of systems that help maintain good service (outside order taking, rotating team members, efficient drive through cockpit management, bagging systems, etc)

• Have a daily shift plan to coach and develop your team, meet goals, and care for your team members

Role Specific Requirements

• Minimum 6 months restaurant experience required; 1 year preferred

• Leadership Experience

• Reliability and Consistency

• Personal reliable transportation to and from work

• Minimum 24 hours of availability per week

• Opening Availability (5:15am-2pm) STRONGLY preferred
