Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to clients.
Policy Customization: Design and propose insurance plans that best fit each client's individual requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
