QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Must have a current and/or willing to obtain OT license within the state of practice (Colorado).
- BLS Certificate
PREFERRED
- Understanding of Rural Healthcare
- Pelvic Floor Certificate
