HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN Qualifications:

• 3 Year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Have all necessary tools required to complete job.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and demonstrate 100% superior service to the customer.
• Must know how to read and write blueprint.
• Be able to diagnosis, repair and install air conditioners.
• Problem solver.
• Arriving to work on time each day.
• Must clean up after yourself in someone’s home.
• Maintaining a high standard of safety and quality on the jobsite.
• Maintaining a clean and organized truck.
• Valid Florida License and clean driving record (must be at least 20 years of age to be able to be insured by our company insurance).
• Must be willing to take a background check and drug screen which is part of the hiring process.
