Job Description

Mount Indie is looking for a Program Management Analyst in San Diego, CA to support the upcoming implementation of a Department of Navy Learning Management System. This position offers a hybrid schedule, anticipating 2-3 days on-site a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management support and assist the government Learning Administrator in their role managing the learning function.
  • Fully learn the new system as well as the systems administration functions.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assist in creating/pulling reports as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ability to learn, manage, and operate a new learning management system
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Meticulous attention to detail/accuracy, to include, efficient organizational skills and ability to manage and maintain various files
  • Self-motivated with flexibility to adapt to ever changing conditions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels and functional areas in the organization.
  • Bachelors degree

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge / experience working with other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
