Your Role

We are hiring an experienced Validation Engineer with a strong background and proven success in cleaning validation.

  • Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, including risk assessments, cleaning procedures, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Execute cleaning validation studies for required equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Perform visual inspection, swab sampling, and rinse sampling to assess cleaning effectiveness and specified requirements.
  • Perform recovery studies when required.
  • Participate and assist with cleaning validation training programming.
  • Analyze data and findings, identifying any issues and effectively implement improvements/mitigate risks.
  • Write, review, develop, and ensure all required documentation for cleaning validation activities is accurately recorded and compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and progress.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance in cleaning validation activities, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
  • Additional responsibilities as required in order to drive project success.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of cleaning validation experience within the pharmaceutical/life science industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Experienced developing and executing cleaning validation protocols, risk assessments, and required technical documentation.
  • Proven experience with rinse and swab sampling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and commitment to ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Estimated annual salary (dependent on experience) $90,000 - $113,000.
