• Prepare daily kitchen mise
• Execute daily service
• Support the Sous and Chef

• Proven restaurant experience
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• People skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• High school diploma is a plus but not required
