Talento Search Group has an opening for an Automation & Controls Technician in the Ripley, Mississippi area. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $75,000-90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write ladder logic for manufacturing equipment
- Wire PLC control panels and wire from controls to motors and sensors
- Create drawings and schematics to wire PLC to sensors
- Install and assemble PLCs, control cabinets, relays, light curtains, motors, and cylinders
- Purchase new equipment and manage automation projects
Experience Needed:
- At least 2 years of electronic technician experience
- Degree or Certificate in electronics or related field
- Must have PLC editing experience with Ladder Logic
- Experience with Solidworks & CAD is preferred
