EHS Manager

We are looking for a senior management professional who will work as a peer to the organizations’ senior leaders maintaining the company’s industry-leading safety performance. This position has historically included a role in managing the organizations’ DOT compliance and also providing leadership in Human Resources. Candidates with experience in all these areas preferred but not required.

Primary duties include the following:

· Safety leadership and standards

o Creating and management safety standards and processes

o Field presence promoting safe behaviors with work force

o Customer interface for all safety related issues

o Workforce training

· Safety compliance

o OSHA reporting

o ISNetworld reporting and maintenance

o Insurance representation

· Incident investigation

o On-site post accident investigation

o Preparation of reports and root cause analysis

· Case management

o Working with insurers assuring best outcomes

o Interfacing with regulators

REQUIREMENTS

· Position is based in Williston, ND

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in leadership and management

· Demonstrated expertise in safety leadership, regulatory requirements, and best methods

· Experience with oil and gas industry work force and customer standards.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management teams.

· Good skills using Microsoft Office, computers and other technology.

· Preferred skills:

o Knowledge of Human Resource compliance and best practice

o Experience in DOT compliance
