Inspired Dental Wellness (previously Dr. Jay Wise, DDS) is committed to providing a mix of exceptional care and excellent, positive experiences that inspire and empower our patients to partner with us in their health. WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN A POTENTIAL NEW TEAM MEMBER?

Our team members are positive, eager to learn (and maybe think outside the box), put their best foot forward, and show kindness and respect to each other and our clients. They are consistent and efficient in delivering Inspired Dental Wellness to our patients.

Our Dental Hygienists provide personalized non-surgical periodontal therapy and preventative maintenance to a range of patients of all ages (though primarily adults) for 7–8-hour shifts. They are proficient at patient diagnostics, to include iTero scans and occasional extraoral photos. They use a full hour to educate patients (and their families) on conditions like periodontitis, malocclusion, bruxism, dysfunctional and sleep disordered breathing as well as our esthetic dental services. They are encouraged to seek additional training to increase their skill level, and some of this is even provided directly by the owner of the practice, Dr. Casey Jones!
