HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the HR Business Partner. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and CFO in various strategic functions, with a focus on human resources, talent acquisition and retention.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• and implement human resource strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives. Focusing on management and engineering roles.
• with department heads to create and maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement.
• as a key liaison between the CEO & CFO and various internal and external stakeholders.
• reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
• and coordinate special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring successful implementation.
• project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.

✍️Qualifications:

• degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of two years’ experience at the HR Manager level.
