Right now, we’re seeking an organized, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Department as a Paralegal/Contracts Administrator. This is an on-site position based at our corporate HQ at Sully’s Trail in Pittsford.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative Assistance: Provide Administrative Assistance to Corporate Counsel and other legal team members in the US for their day-to-day business activities relating to business and procurement contract transactions.
  • Contracts Administration: Provide end-to-end assistance for Contracts Administrative process for business and attorneys in legal team for coordinating the entire contracting process. which includes coordinating for signatures from signatories across the globe for business and supplier contracts.
  • Record Keeping: Update internal records on a daily basis for corporate and other legal department transactions which includes notarizing, legalizing and documents. as part of Contracts Administration activity.
  • Ship Documents: Ship documents to external parties and internal teams on a regular basis as part of Contracts Administration activity.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Experience in legal environment within in-house legal departments or extensive experience working in law firms with a background in record keeping, document management, and administrative experience
  • Prior experience as a paralegal and/or paralegal certification and notary is highly desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent Legal Team with internal and external parties in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
  • Creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems, challenges and situations
  • Reliable, with strong follow-up through skills; a detail-orientation and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site
