Distribution Operations Manager

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a global wine & spirits leader. Looking for a  Distribution Operations Manager  in NY, NY. This is a 12-Month Contract, possibility of extension and/or hire on perm./FTE. 

Job Title: Distribution Operations Manager
Location: New York, NY 10177
Contract: 12+ Month Contract
Schedule: 2-3 days onsite
Pay: $68.00/HR + benefits

The Operations Manager will oversee the operational facets of the CSB (Custom Single Barrel) program, ensuring seamless execution from sampling to delivery, focusing on project management, production planning, and cross-functional coordination to guarantee timely and efficient processing of CSB barrel selections. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and drive forward all operational elements of the program, aid in problem solving, support distillery in production planning/execution, and service as main point of contract with operations
• Create and track KPIs, align with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in relevant Operations Management functions
• Preferred experience in production planning/execution
• Advanced MS Excel, Project Management, Analytical, Strong attention to detail, clear communicator, and customer service orientation
