Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Fairfax

About who needs care: Has dementia. Is relatively healthy and mobile. Needs someone to go walking with him in the neighborhood. Talk to him. Provide personal grooming care. Bathing, nails. He can physically move but has difficulty understanding steps on how to do it. Need someone to encourage him to do it. About the care needs: Someone very friendly, nurturing, and talkative who can keep him engaged. No special skills needed. My father is an older Asian gentleman so for bathing and personal care, not sure how welcoming he would be if caregiver is female. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
