About who needs care: Has COPD, is on oxygen (may be short term need), currently uses walker but can get up/down stairs (not ideal), will need surgery for hip replacement and also for hernia so will need help daily for a short period (1-2 weeks) otherwise 1-2 x a week... may need cat care (litter box cleaning/feeding eps if in hospital or rehab center).
