About this job
About who needs care: My mother has Dementia. She is not bad yet, but I could use some help with bathing her and also some respite care.
About the care needs: Someone who is personable, shows empathy and patience. Mom needs someone to watch her when she is walking to the bathroom and sometimes help up off of the toilet. She also may need help to pull up her underwear. She needs help to get in and out of bed. She needs help bathing. She is very fearful of falling. Mom likes to watch TV. She will probably need reassurance of where I am, when I am on respite.
Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
