IT Tech Seasonal Associate

Responsible for maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on equipment as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Monitor and ensure connectivity of PCs, laptops and other computing devices to networks. Responds to helpdesk calls and tickets in a timely manner
