Job Details



We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment in the facility, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Allen Bradley PLC's, automation, automation controls, electrical troubleshooting, 480v, VFD's, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • 2-3 years of mechanical experience
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
  • An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including; motors, servos, pumps, relay, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial/electrical controls and power transmission systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic PLC's
  • Ability to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings, blue prints, and schematics.
