Job Summary: Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Social Worker to join our teamfor the Spring 2024 semester. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' social and emotional needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Serve as a liaison between the school, munity agencies, and families to coordinate resources and support services for students.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' social and emotional goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid StateSchool Social Worker certification.
• Previous experience working as a school social worker or in a similar role preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
• Knowledge of social and emotional learning principles and best practices.
