Job Details:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create detailed project designs and plans.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions to overcome them.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all works are completed within the allocated financial resources.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring all works are completed within the stipulated timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in land development and site design work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction site management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification would be considered an asset.
