School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Ephrata, WA | 24-25 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate full-timeOccupational Therapistthis school yearfor a contract position located inthe Ephrata, Washingtonarea. For anyone commuting for this position, we can provide paid travel and housing stipends to help compensate for the drive.

Description:

• Part-Time
• Start Fall 2024
• Virtual Interview
• $33-39 per hour
• W2 Contract
• 2 days/week
• 7 students + evaluations
• 5th-12th grade

EverydayResponsibilities:

• Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapyto students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment goals
• Conducting of evaluations
• Contribute to IEPs & 504 plans
• Keep organized, timely documentation of response to treatments and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice occupational therapy
• Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
